What is Psychotherapy?

Generally my aim is:
- to explore the internal conflicts, past traumas and unhelpful coping strategies which hamper an individual in understanding and appropriately meeting their personal wants and needs,
- to reach a sense of personal well-being,
- and achieve satisfying relationships with oneself and others.
