What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy offers people support when they are going through various difficulties. Deciding to seek psychotherapy for a difficulty may be really hard.

Generally my aim is:

  • to explore the internal conflicts, past traumas and unhelpful coping strategies which hamper an individual in understanding and appropriately meeting their personal wants and needs,
  • to reach a sense of personal well-being,
  • and achieve satisfying relationships with oneself and others.


With psychotherapy you will experience a safe, confidential and comfortable space to share your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental environment.  Here you will be able to address the difficulties that are holding you back from experiencing and living a balanced and healthy life.
